[squid-users] FTP off-line downloading

  Hello,

I want to make an interface into squid for ftp request, like
http://www.isoc.org/inet2001/CD_proceedings/T86/ManagingInternetBandwidth.htm
.
In this way, when squid take a request for a ftp url, it redirect the
request to a program that give some information to the user and schedule
the request for download at the low bandwidth. I don´t know if the request
will be post into squid cache.
Anybody has something like and can help me??
