[squid-users] experience running squid + rproxy.patch?

Do any of you have experience running squid with the rproxy.patch?

Any performance experiences?

Any configuration experiences?

Does anybody know if I can find a doc somewhere that documents the added
options for squid.conf?
I have found that there are some mentioned by name only (no descrition) on
the rproxy page.. but it would be nice if someone had a working config
of if someone like Oksar had written a small doc. to shortly explain the
additions with rproxy..
