[squid-users] TCP-SWAP-FAIL

Hi,

I am using squid 2.4-STABLE1 on redhat Linux 7.1, and used the diskd, but in the access log I am getting so many TCP_SWAPFAIL_MISS, and specially it comes for all the images files like .gif, can someone help me what is this and if error how to rectify.
