[squid-users] File links in IE5 open in window

When I click links to files (inclucing executables!), the data loads in a new window, without opening the "File Download:" dialog.

150 * Win98 IE5.5 clients,
Squid 2.4 on Redhat 7.1 - it has worked well for six months, but now we get this error.
