Sorry but how can I check? If I connect with lynx, I first receive a message
to accept a cookie and then recieve the ERROR : Invalid NCC Login.

It is an .exe on his own. There's not much to configure to it, only the
standard :
Enable HTTP proxy
ServerName + port

I have the same problem with ICQ !?!

Where can I report a bug?
