I'd expect all sorts of problems with default deny - there are so many
different file extensions in use out there that it would be liable to cause
a lot of hassle.
My preference is for using delay pools for undesirable file types rather
than blocking them - this way the users still get their files and just
think the network's being slow rather than complaining :-)
