Hi Colin,
I respectfully disagree. Could be forced via route-map and many, many
different proxy enforcement means. Setups with no proxy settings can still
be "forced" through squid. I did not address that, but I did include the
writer at the beginning "in part"... I assumed perhaps wrongfully that
squid was in place and being used. It is good to point out however that
there is more involved since I did gloss over that.
