[squid-users] Re: Connection reset by peer

I think this will be seen if the client rejects it's own connection attempt.

Client SYN -> Squid Server
[client closes connection]
Squid Server SYN+ACK -> Client
Client responds with TCP RST.

Could most likely also be seen if someone is SYN flooding you.
