[squid-users] delay pools not working

Hi Everyone!

I am having problems with my delays pools.

It is not working.

I have compile squid with delay pools enable.

here is my config for delay-pools:

acl wireless src 200.50.68.97-200.50.68.126
acl ASB src 200.50.68.10/32
acl rad src 200.50.68.2/32
delay_pools 1
delay_class 1 2
delay_parameters 1 31250/31250 11250/12500
delay_access 1 allow wireless
delay_access 1 allow ASB
delay_access 1 allow rad
delay_access 1 deny all
# End (Delay Pools)

Can you see any reason why it would not work?
