[squid-users] NCSA Auth

Hi All....I've setup Squid and ncsa auth no problem.. Squid cache server is
running fine, also created the password file using htpasswd and placed in
appropriate directory. have also properly configured squid.conf as well.
When I configure my IE Web Browser to point to the proxy no authentication
window comes up. I am able to browse the web without difficulty but I am
never asked for user id and password. Any help would be greatly
appreciated....
