[squid-users] ICP to make a dialog beetween two proxies

I cannot reach some servers with one proxy , but the first proxy needs a
second proxy to reach this servers , i think that the ICP is necessary
but in the squid.conf what is the necessary parameters and this
parameters must be positionned under the squid.conf of the first proxy
or the second proxy ?
