[squid-users] TCP-MISS/TCP_ECN

hey list...

i have been logging all my squid request as TCP_MISS.. never seen a HIT, even for sites that are frequently accessed, such as mail and database sites...

in one earlier thread, one of the members suggested turning off TCP_ECN... but that was for the 2.4 kernel.. does this apply to the 2.2.19 kernel as well, as it is what i am running... if so, how do i turn off or change the value of the TCP_ECN...?..
