[squid-users] MISS ?

Hi,

I'm hoping someone could help me / point me in the direction of some
relevant documentaion. I have been having a great deal of trouble with a
new squid proxy I have installed, its version 2.3.STABLE4-10. On various
pages it just hangs then times out, I can disable the proxy and access these
sites so I know they are actually up. I get the following log entry for the
page get.

996562403.535 19103 192.168.1.109 TCP_REFRESH_MISS/000 0 GET
http://www.afl.com.au/ - DIRECT/www.afl.com.au -

I've searched high and low and can't find anything relevant to my problem,
does anyone have any ideas ?
