It means the request queue to async is getting larger than it "should" be.
If you don't see it often and it doesn't get more serious like
        aio_queue_request: WARNING - Disk I/O overloading
then don't worry about it much. If the disk load is fairly light still,
try increasing the number of threads. Otherwise, add another drive.
