I turned on debugging of section 31 (hypertext caching protocol) and got
down to source of the "htcpHandle: sz != htcpHdr.length" error messages.
Apparently it was coming from one of the ircache.net proxies. Is the
implementation of the squid version in NLANR's servers any different from
the current tarball? Also, will HTCP replace ICP or is HTCP still dependent
on ICP?

I have two Squid boxes, one running on FreeBSD and the other Linux 2.2.x
kernel. This only happens on the Linux box. Could it have something to do
with Linux internals?
