There is quite many vendors shipping Squid appliances in one form or
another if you want an appliance running Squid.

Swelltech (the company of Joe Cooper) has a well tuned product line of
caching appliances, all using Squid.
Most stores also have tinned Squid in stock if you prefer eating Squid
rather than compiling your own
