[squid-users] access log

Hi!
    I want to process access.log in real-time without rotating logs
(squid -k rotate). I created a name pipe by means of "mkfifo" command and
wrote small perl program to read this pipe. After this I tuned the squid to
write access.log to my pipe, restarted squid and started my perl program. My
problem is perl program doesn't get any data via pipe.
What's wrong?

P.S. Platform Linux 2.2.19( Intelx86)
