It was a right problem. It was unable to write the access.log file so it
closed. It's the reason why I didn't saw any log file about Squid. It
was so simple, I'm sorry! Thank you once more.

You can also run squid in non-daemon mode, and have it print out it's
errors to the screen. This can be very helpful at first, if you are
changing a bunch of stuff, or wondering why something is crashing.

launch squid using the "-d 1 -N" arguments.
squid -d 1 -N
