[squid-users] Bandwidth limiting a Squid box

Hi All

What is best method of limiting the bandwidth per user and the total
bandwidth used by the squid box.

Which is the better option.

1 Limit the total bandwidth used by the squid box to a certain amount e.g.
64Kb/s with a bandwidth controlling Linux box in front.
  and limiting per user bandwidth with delay pools.

2 . Use delay pools for both total and per user bandwidth management.
