Are these two seperate configs?

How are you getting the packets to the caching server?

  tcp_outgoing_address 196.96.156.254 t_service
  tcp_outgoing_address 63.193.4.125 v_service

  for all source ip , outgoing by 63.193.4.125

  what's problem?
