[squid-users] Installation Problems 2.4.STABLE-1+RED HAT 6.2(2.2.14)

Dear brothers,
I NEED YOUR HELP!

I've compiled SQUID 2.4.STABLE-1 with --enable-delay-pools option.
I've made nobody and squid users.
I've made directories(cache &log) and gave squid a right to write into
'em.
After all: it starts. But it doesn't process ANY requests.
