[squid-users] pre-caching highly frequented sites

hello all,

is there a way to have squid pre-caching frequently used sites on a regular
basis (e.g. each 5 mins).
unfortunately, i cannot use a redirector to a local mirror webserver in
this case, because the content is generated
by a domino web server running on windows nt.

any input is highly appreciated.
