cache_dir ufs /var/spool/squid 1500 16 256

and the cache is full (>1500 MB).

I didn't have cachemgr set up, but I set it up and restarted squid. Now I
guess I'm going to have to wait for the memory usage to go back up, as squid
is always small when you first start it...
