Concerning my SQUID problem with accessing the page

at squid's access.log. It looks interesting. Look at this line:

As you can see somewhere in the middle, the webserver (MS IIS 5) replies with
"Internal Server Error". I really don't know why it does that and why it
stops doing it when I directly access the page without squid. Note that I
have seen the error with both konqueror and Netscape 6 (the later on both
Linux/X11 and Windows).
I have build squid from source basically "as-is", without specifying too many
of the additional options. It has worked fine with basically all other
webpages. My configuration be be found at
