[squid-users] cache.log error ,squid get stop and start

The following is the cache.log of my squid,
when this thing thing happen the squid get stop and
started self.can anybody help me what is the reason for this.
Following is my configuration on RH6.2 squid 2.3 stable 1
with 1GB of ram

why this is happen.
