[squid-users] Problem with Squid 2.4.s-1 under rc.local

I have problem with Squid 2.4.S-1 (under Slackware 7.1):
if i run RunCache from rc.local, squid isn't start without ANY logs...
if i start RunCache after root logon - it's ok. (Permissions is okey)
i start squid under squid user and squid group...

But why i not see log nowhere ??
