It can be done in two ways. First you can use .pac files in your user's
browsers. Second configure your Squid in browsers or set Squid in
transparent mode and do ...
cache_peer newproxy.yourdomain.com parent 3128 3130 proxy_only
acl intranet dstdomain .yourdomain.com ...
allow_direct allow intranet
never_direct allow all
