[squid-users] Proxy timeout problem

I have squid setup between my local net with privat IP numbers and the
internet on a RedHat linux 7.0. I can reach the internet perfectly. Now I
have setup a second privat net behind my first privat network like this.

reache the internet from the second subnet squid gives the following dialog
