Choose one:
a) Don't use a proxy.
b) Ask microsoft to use the X-Forwarder header not the last-cache-ip.

Proxies _always_ expose their own IP. (excluding some theoretical
possibilities).

If I comment out the line, http://advanced-ip.crt1.net/ detects the host
Ip and the proxy IP separately, but hotmail only detects the proxy IP. I
want the client IPs exposed to hotmail. Any help will be appreciated.
