[squid-users] Cannot allocate memory

Hi there,

I got this error log message from my squid:

May 2 10:17:48 members squid[155]: comm_poll: poll failure: (12) Cannot
allocate memory
May 2 10:17:48 members squid[155]: Select Loop failed!

What can be the source of problem?
