[squid-users] lifetime timeout

hi there!

After upgrading my linux box to 2.4 kernel and squid 2.4 a started to seee
a lot of messages like this when shutting down squid. Besides all these
eat a lot of filedescriptors. I'm using transparent proxy via
netfilter(iptables). Any suggestions will be appreciated. 10x
