[squid-users] http_access deny not working..

HI there

I have created a list of denied sites using http_access deny
but none of them seem to work.

I remember doing this a while ago in my previous job and I think that one of
the default config lines need to be changed/moved.

I have attached my squid.conf file

It is running on Red Hat 6.2, currently configured for 50 clients.
