Though it appears the SquidBlock page is down.
We have something in development along these lines as well, based on
SquidGuard, but it's a couple months away from being made public. It
will be a another free site blocking option--though it is probably not
appropriate for an interent cafe. It will be targeted for Elementary
schools, and definitely not suitable for use in controlling adult's
browsing (that's not something we have the interest or moral fortitude
for working on).
