cachemgr only prints the cached database used by Squid. This is network
and AS number pairs..

I don't know if there is a good reference on how to make use AS numbers
in Squid. Not many people actually use it, probably mostly because there
is no good, reliable and scalable AS data source, and AS numbers are a
less well known feature of Internet networking..
