Known issue. Hotmail uses a WebDAV method (BMOVE) for multi-deletes.
This is not supported in earlier versions of Squid. It looks like it is
supported in 2.4PRE-STABLE along with all?most of the other WebDAV
methods...though I haven't tried it to make sure.
