Hi,
I assuming you use NCSA authentication in this case you should it. You creat
a passwd file using htpasswd. After installing chpasswd, edit chpasswd.conf
file properly. Then copy chpasswd.cgi to /cgi-bin, open browser and go to
chpasswd.cgi..that's all..
