[SQU] accessing .htaccess restricted sites

Hi,

I was trying to access a site today that is restricted with .htaccess. If I
connected through Squid, the login box would not appear, and the page would
not be displayed.

Is there a way to let Squid work with .htaccess restricted sites?

I'm using Squid 2.5 (due to NTLM support).
