[SQU] RELEASE/SWAPOUT

Hi there!

Can anyone explain me why my logs/store.log if full of message like
984398020.208 SWAPOUT 0000001B 200 984397747 984258678 984484147 text/html 16802/16802 GET http://www.squid-cache.org/Doc/FAQ/FAQ-7.html
984398045.968 RELEASE FFFFFFFF 304 984397783 -1 984484183 unknown -1/0 GET http://www.squid-cache.org/Doc/FAQ/FAQ-7.html

It's example of when i loaded page twice from same browser. As i
understand, at first time page was saved in disk cache, but when i
requested it second time, it was removed. Both times i've got needed
content directly from server :
