[SQU] Terminated Abnormally

Hi Guys,

I installed my Squid on Linux 2.2.x (Red hat Linux 7)
but When i run Squid i am getting a Fata Error saying
"Terminated Abnormally"..

As well i am not able to get connect to squid thru my
nestc=scape client...

I configured and did changes only in Squid.conf and
started it...

if anyone know how to handle this problem... Pl send
mail to ASAP.
