Squid fails to start while rebuiling the storage. At the moment the
workaround I employed is to shudwon squid, remove all the swap.state file
and restart squid.

We are using cache digest with two other siblings, forming a
triangle. Clients point to a common name proxy.foo.net and dns round robin
will then direct the client to a specific cache server.

No diskd is used. We also notice there is a lot of forwarding loop error
reported by the log. Any reason why this is so?
