[SQU] Always getting MISSes

Hi all,
I've had a squid proxy running rock solid for about a year, but after
some recent modifications to our network and the server hardware (We
added another HardDrive and set up software RAID-1) I started notice
that practically all requests to the squid box return with a MISS. I've
looked all over my squid.conf file and didn't find anything strange, but
my store.log file looks wierd. Any clues as to what could be wrong ??
