[SQU] parent cache problem 2

acl test url_regex -i *\.mp3$
cache_peer test.proxy.com parent 3128 0 no-query
....

Ok I have added no-query but still I am not able
to do what I need and again this is to

make the
parent be contacted only if the file is mp3 and to be
able to set up a timeout if reached to go direct.

If migrating to squid 2.4 and setting
cache_peer_access test.proxy.com deny !test

I really need to know how to set up squid to suite my
needs.Thank you!
