List ettiquette rant (was FW: [SQU] NTLM authentication and blocking access.)

Anyone posting during the time period in the forwarded email below
should expect 1 response per post.

I'm not the list admin... but this is extremly poor list ettiquette.

Those of you who are going to go on holiday/a break/move email, either
unsubscribe from your lists before going, or at least ensure that
autoresponders won't reply to emails from the list. Most mail clients
(including Outlook and Outlook Express will allow you to check for the
presence of header fields which list servers add.

Anyway,
I recognise that the vast majority of list subscribers are courteous (or
I'd have seen a reply like this before from you :]).

So this is mainly aimed at Johnny, and anyone who plans to take leave!
