[SQU] Start stop and restart SQUID

Again it's me...
i recall that i went in /etc/rc.d/init.d/
and i used to do

squid stop
or
squid start
or
squid start

and i remember that it were working...
and now..it say..

bash: squid: command not found

so...anyone can help me?
