[SQU] URL rewriting plugins

hello list
I am new to Squid and I tried to search FAQ and archive also, but I did not get the answer which I require, so I want your expert advice.
We have a requirement we following sequence
1. parse the request
2. stripe some headers
3. add new headers
4. get some information from database
5. send the request to the origin server
6. get the response and add few more headers

For this is there any plugin available or is there any alternative for this.
