[SQU] ports and proxy. How?

Here again squid users, and also Henrik? I'm sure you are here..

Okay, i'm new in linux, but i'm learning very fast, thanx to you all...

Okay, this is the problem, i have 50 pc with win9x, all of them connected
with TCP-IP and stable IP.
Now, i made some restrictions with squid on my Red Hat 6.2 and i use it as
mail server (the restrictions works fine, thanx Henrik). The net have as
single machine a router, but who want see some web pages, are still
connected to squid/proxy port 8080 (that is the stable IP of my linux).

Now the problem are two, how can i allow some user to get external pop3 mail
with squid? (about smtp don't care, they can use the local sendamil of
linux), right now i made a solution, just to set up in this machines the
gateway and the DNS, but i don't wanna this, 'cause they are still connected
to my router.

The second problem, is, some users have a program, a sort of HOMEBANKING,
this program run under win98, but is a TELNET connection with a specific IP
and the port 2345 (i can't use a browser with proxy to use this program),
so, i made again the setup with gateway and DNS..awful!

So, i know Henrik (if you are reading me) you told me to autolearn how to
setup a firewall and a masquerade with some permission with ipchains...i'm
feeling stupid, i can't really understand it seems too hard for me...

I know there are a lots of people which they need a simple tutorial to do
it...
please, i don't wanna crash my system, and before i start to do something i
wanna be sure.
