Yes. There are two methods available at the moment. If your users are using
internet explorer you could use the ntlm authentication version of squid.
See http://squid.sourceforge.net/ntlm for more information.

Or if you like playing on the bleeding edge of software, digest
authentication (rfc 2617) is coming along nicely. It's Pre-alpha at this
point though. See my announcement on the squid-dev mailing list last night.

Note: These versions of squid are unsupported. They will hopefully be
released in squid 2.5
