Have you tried? GRE support doesn't require much more than being able to listen for GRE packets, and decode the insides. I haven't
tried on the cygwin layered squid (and I'm pretty sure Guido hasn't tried on the MSVC built on either.) I don't have the
appropriate gear here to try - but if you do perhaps you could give it a go?
