in FAQ 17.12 Transparent caching with Foundry L4 switches.
First, configure Squid for transparent caching as detailed at the beginning of
this section(17.1)
1. Get the packets to your cache server.
2. Get the cache server to accept the packets.
3. Compile and run a version of Squid which accepts connections for other
addresses
4. Configure Squid to accept and process the connections
but I could not compile squid with --enable-ipf-transparent option.
so, I tried install ipfwadm 1.3.0-1.i386.rpm, but i fail that install package.
I saw "file /sbin/ipfwadm from install of ipfwadm-2.3.0-1 conflicts with file
from package ipchains-1.3.9-17" message.
How do I do?
Our system.
