[SQU] Hotmail etc

Hi,

We would like users to be able to READ hotmail or any other web based mail,
but NOT able to download attachments.
Actually, we would like them not to be able to download any executable or
zip file.

Zip files are easy, but exe files are sometimes used to run certain sites,
and for that reason should not be blocked.

Any tips on this issue?
